Description
The handle is a comfortable 5″ long, with solid oak and brass pins. The blade is 4.25″ long, with a patterned patina etched into the steel using natural acids.
The blade was forged from the 5160 leaf spring of an F150. This type of forged steel makes for very strong and durable blades.
Forge marks have been left on the ricasso as well as the spine and top of the blade, as a reminder of its story.
The steel is not stainless, and will be prone to rust so will need to be kept clean and dry when not in use.
