Description
This is a big chef’s knife with a large 5 and 1/2″ handle. The handle is a work of art, using a combination of rose coloured hardwood and red micarta to make a lovely 2-tone handle. The handle is very comfortable and is full-tang construction for superior strength.
The 7″ blade is 1 and 7/8″ wide, so there’s lots of clearance for your hands. Your knuckles won’t hit the cutting board. The steel blade is made in Canada, here in my shop in Brantford, using high quality stainless steel milled in North America.
