Description

These kitchen knives are refurbished from old blades that were given to me by someone who didn’t want them anymore. The handles were coming off and the blades were in rough shape. Instead of throwing them out I removed the old plastic handles, and put beautiful hardwood ones on. The new handles are Japanese style Wa handles, using Black Limba hardwood.

The steel is stainless, and these knives will make nice all-around general purpose kitchen knives or dinner steak knives.

2 serrated blades have 4.75″ long blades
1 smooth edge blade with 4.75″ long blade
1 smooth edge blade with a shorter 3.25″ blade

The handles are 4.25″ long.

$175 for the set.
