Description
This chef’s knife has a sleek 6.5″ long blade with a full tang 4.5″ handle.
The hardwood used on the handle is Claro Walnut giving a deep reddish brown hue and richly textured grain pattern. The pins in the handle are solid brass.
The high carbon blade is made from 01 tool steel.
The tool steel blade is extremely sharp and very rugged. A patterned patina has been etched into the steel using natural acids from mustard.
100% hand made in Brantford Ontario Canada.
