Description

This knife is made with 1095 high carbon steel and features a 4.5″ walnut handle.
The 6″ blade has been heat treated and tempered to be extremely tough and resilient that will hold its edge, and finished with a patterned patina etched into the steel.

This is a hefty knife with a large comfortable walnut handle that feels good in the hand, perfect as a brisket BBQ knife for the outdoors chef, or the indoors cook that likes a high carbon blade.
