Description
BBQ or Chef’s knife made with 1095 high carbon steel with a 4.5″ long walnut handle.
The 6″ blade has been heat treated and tempered to be extremely tough and resilient that will hold its edge.
A pattern patina had been etched into the blade using natural vegetable acids.
This is a hefty knife with a large comfortable walnut handle that feels good in the hand, perfect as a brisket BBQ knife for the outdoors chef – or the indoors chef that wants a high carbon blade.
