Entirely handcrafted in Canada, this elegant carving knife makes carving up the holiday turkey, ham or roast a pleasure. The long slim blade is perfectly designed for moving the knife around inside the meat to change directions and getting around bone.
The blade is stainless steel is 7.5 inches long with a 5″ Japanese style handle. The handle is extremely comfortable to hold and use.
The hardwood used for this handle is an exotic Black Limba.
