Description
This tough 13″ boning knife is made from 440c stainless tool steel and will hold a sharp edge during rugged butchering usage.
The handle is 5″ and the red hardwood is lovely. The butt cap has a lovely swirling black, red, and white combo pattern that comes from the burlwood of a poplar tree.
The 4 pins are solid brass. The stainless steel blade is 7″ and overall length is 13″.
