Description
Engraved with “Elbows Up!” on one side, this chopper is big and rugged.
With a nice 2″ wide blade there’s lots of clearance for your hands and knuckles when chopping and slicing meat and veggies. The blade is 1/8″ think at the spine and 7.25″ inches long. Made from 440c stainless steel, it won’t rust and is easy to keep clean.
This big rugged blade makes for a great BBQ knife and indoor kitchen chopper. The large full-tang handle is made from a gorgeous Mountain Mahogany hardwood. The pins are solid brass.
Comes engraved with “Elbows Up!” on one side. The other side can be engraved with your own personalized message, available as an optional add-on.
