Made from 440c stainless steel and engraved on one side with “Elbows Up!”
The large blade is a full 1/8″ thick at the spine, and almost 2″ wide (1 7/8), so there’s lots of clearance for your hands when chopping and slicing your favorite BBQ meat.
Lots of room on the other side of the blade for your own personalized engraving, available as an optional add-on.
The handle is a full-tang construction, using a beautiful Claro Walnut hardwood and is 4.75″ long. A nice big handle for large hands.
This is a big tough knife that will hold up well outside next to your BBQ, and will make chopping and slicing meat a pleasure. Will also make a great indoor kitchen chopper.
