7″ Chef’s knife with hardwood handle

Description

This chef’s knife is made with tough high carbon 440c tool steel that is also stainless. The blade is 7″ long and 1 3/4″ wide. The hardwood handle is 5″ long.

The dark hardwood handle is made from Padauk wood. All Padauks are African or Asian in origin. The light bolster is birch. The handle style is Japanese Wa.

The tough tool steel will hold a sharp edge.
