All our custom knives are handcrafted in Ontario, using only top quality Canadian and American steel, and locally sourced hardwood for handles. The blade steel is 440c, a high-carbon stainless “tool” steel ideal for the kitchen as well as camping outdoors. The high-carbon makes it a tough edge-holding blade, with the stain resistant qualities you want for a knife.
